The Ronald L. Jacques Family Trust is accepting sealed bids on the following tracts of real estate: 

Lots 8 and 11 of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 3 South, Range 8 East of the 6th P.M., Marshall County, Kansas; 

& 

The Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 3 South, Range 8 East of the 6th P.M., Marshall County Kansas, LESS an approximately 4 acre tract.

 Properties are subject to Easements and Right-of-Ways of record.

WALK-IN HUNTING INFORMATION: 

10 Year Agreement Ends 5/31/2024.  Sum was paid up front to current owner in 2014. 

Agreement can be terminated should new buyer wish to.  New Agreement can be signed. Payment is $1,158/yr.
